The fear index VIX rose to 19.91 points after a continuous decline

Mars Finance reports that, according to Jintiao, the Fear Index VIX has turned upward after falling for eight consecutive trading days. It is currently up 2.43 points, at 19.91 points, hitting a one-week high.
