Recently realized that I haven't been feeling quite right mentally, so I open-sourced a set of psychology tools for self-help.



If you’re like me and often experience internal conflict, anxiety, depression, or start doubting yourself, or if you want to create related media accounts, this skill set can help you. Hope you save it~
12 frameworks, turned into AI Skills, with a single command to install into your AI assistant. Suitable for Hermes; if you want to use other models, just send it to your AI and let it handle the translation~
First, let me tell you what I did:
【Cognitive Level】: CBT (identify false news in your brain), ACT (act with pain, not wait for pain to disappear), Meaning Therapy (find out why you’re alive during lows)
【Relational Level】: Attachment Theory (the pitfalls you keep falling into in love, written in childhood), Jungian Shadow (the person you dislike the most might be the most like you), Family Systems (what you think is your problem is actually emotional inheritance from three generations)
【Body Level】: Trauma Psychology (the pain you can’t say out loud, your body remembers for you)
【Action Level】: Motivational Interviewing (not that you lack motivation, but you’ve been forced too many times), Behavioral Activation (not think first then do, but do first then think), Case Conceptualization (map your problems, not label them)
【Environmental Level】: Self-Check for Psychopathology (what level you’re at now, whether you need help), East Asian Cultural Psychology (your pain isn’t just yours, it’s given by your culture)

Why did I make this?
First, I am part of the highly sensitive group myself, and having experienced rain myself is like holding an umbrella for others!
Too many people tell me, “I understand the principles but just can’t do it.”
It’s not that the principles are wrong; it’s missing the middle part.
You don’t need comfort.
You need a mirror to reflect your patterns, a map to tell you where you’re stuck, and a plan to start with the smallest actions.
No need for appointments, no need to spend thousands, no need to wait until you’re “ready.”
Just open AI and start.
