Just found out can dogs eat oranges and honestly it's a game changer for summer snacks. My vet said they're totally safe in small amounts—like 1-3 slices max—and packed with vitamin C and fiber which is actually pretty good for them. The key thing though: gotta remove the peel and seeds completely because apparently there's cyanide in there (wild, right?). Also can dogs eat oranges if they have diabetes? Nope, skip it because of the sugar. I've been giving my pup a slice or two on hot days since the water content keeps them hydrated without extra calories. Honestly beats regular treats sometimes. Just talked to my vet first to make sure it wouldn't mess with anything, and she was cool with it. Anyone else doing this or am I late to the game?
