I found that trading methods are actually just about choosing "whether I can fall asleep tonight." The thrill of a quick trade is enjoyable, but for someone like me with a weak heart, I start having nightmares the moment I enter the market, and I have to pretend nothing's wrong during the day... Anyway, my mental state the next day is always very honest.

Grid/DCA is like waves slowly crashing; it's not as exciting, but it smooths out your emotions. When prices drop, I just know I'm following the plan to pick up a few more, no need to keep watching the charts. Recently, those new L1/L2s are pushing incentives to boost TVL, and veteran users complain "mining, selling," which I can understand quite well: lively activity is one thing, sleep is another.

My current habit is: whenever I impulsively want to open a big position, I first take a screenshot and save it, then wait until the next day to review... Most of the time, I think "forget it." For me, a strategy that allows me to sleep well is the only one worth holding long-term.
