just read about this wild case where craig wright's wife ramona ang actually won against UFX in UK court. the exchange had shut down her account and kept her funds, claiming craig wright was using it illegally or something. but the judge basically said nope, she opened it legitimately and was the main user. pretty interesting that even though craig wright had his own account closed there, his wife managed to win hers back through the courts. she was claiming like over $2.6 million in total damages including bitcoin she never got to trade. the exchange tried saying she didn't read the terms and conditions but that didn't hold up. honestly kind of crazy how long these legal battles take - this was ruled on back in 2020. makes you wonder how many other people have similar disputes with exchanges that just quietly disappear.
