Just saw Pitney Bowes made Lance Rosenzweig their permanent CEO. Interesting move - they went through a full search process with both internal and external candidates, so this wasn't just handed to him. Milena Alberti-Perez is taking the chair role now too, which makes sense given her CFO background and the fact she's been on the board since last year. Board restructuring seems pretty intentional here. Lance Rosenzweig stepping into the top spot feels like they wanted someone who could actually drive change. Worth watching how this plays out for PBI going forward.
