Just saw Spruce Power (SPRU) made some moves - they officially brought Tom Cimino in as CFO, which I guess isn't super surprising since he's been running things in that role since June anyway. The guy's got solid experience from his time at Vantage Drilling and some other companies, so on paper it looks solid. That said, the stock's been a bit rough lately - down 1.51% today at $5.22 on the NYSE. Interesting timing for making the appointment official. Cimino's background in finance and operations across different industries might be what they need, but curious to see if this move helps stabilize things or if there's more going on behind the scenes. Anyone else watching SPRU?
