Just caught that Lovesac made some leadership moves back in mid-2023. Donna Dellomo stepped down from her EVP and CFO role to focus on strategic advisory stuff, and they brought in Keith Siegner to take over as the new CFO. Pretty typical reshuffling I guess. Also Jack Krause retired as Chief Strategy Officer but stayed on the board, so his duties got split between Nelson and Mary Fox who run operations. Interesting how these transitions usually mean the company's trying to shift gears or bring in fresh perspectives. Wonder what that signals for their direction going forward.
