Today, on-chain data is "lagging again," and my first reaction isn't that someone is causing trouble, but more that the intermediary links like indexers/Subgraph/RPC are gasping for air: On-chain data has actually been running all along, but what you see on the interface is waiting for them to organize, cache, and then present the blocks to you. RPC also enforces rate limits, especially when more people are involved, like waiting in line to buy coffee—if it's not your turn, it just spins for a few seconds...

Recently, we've been discussing expectations of rate cuts, the US dollar index, and the simultaneous rise and fall of risk assets. I'm actually more worried that once this sentiment kicks in, everyone refreshes and chases hot topics at the same time, causing data servers to overload first. My current approach is: don't get anxious over that "loading" indicator; if you can switch nodes, do so. Don't rush to draw conclusions—taking it slow is actually okay.
