Mars Finance News April 20 – According to the 2026 China Intellectual Property Protection High-Level Forum, China is continuously improving its intellectual property protection system in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, and gene technology. Data intellectual property protection pilot programs have been carried out in 17 provinces and cities across China. By the end of 2025, the pilot regions had accepted over 100k data intellectual property registration applications, and issued more than 48k registration certificates. Focusing on new industries like new-generation information technology and artificial intelligence, China has established 81 national-level intellectual property protection centers and 50 rapid rights protection centers, providing a one-stop service that combines quick preliminary review and rapid rights enforcement for innovators in emerging fields.
