Just saw Heliogen brought in Sagar Kurada as their new CFO. The guy's got solid experience - was CFO at Newlight Technologies before, and actually led Eos Energy Enterprises through their public market entry. Pretty solid resume for someone stepping into a solar energy tech company.

Kelly Rosser was holding down the interim CFO role since early 2023, so this is basically a permanent move. She's staying on as Chief Accounting Officer though. What's interesting is they're positioning Kurada to work with this newly formed Corporate Strategy Committee, which suggests they're gearing up for something bigger in the industrial decarbonization space.

Seems like Heliogen's making some strategic moves with their leadership. Curious to see how Kurada's market responsiveness experience translates to their AI solar tech push.
