Just caught that Nine Entertainment brought on Timothy Longstaff as a new director starting January 2025. Pretty standard corporate move but interesting timing for them to be reshuffling leadership. The announcement notes he's got no existing stakes in the company, which is typical for fresh appointments like this.
Not sure if you follow AU:NEC much, but these director changes are usually part of a bigger strategy to strengthen the board. Longstaff joining suggests they're looking to bring in some new perspectives or expertise. Corporate governance stuff isn't always thrilling, but when companies start rotating in new directors, it's worth paying attention to what direction they're heading.
Anyone tracking Nine Entertainment's moves lately? Curious if this is just routine or if there's something bigger brewing with their leadership restructuring.
