So Pact Group just reshuffled their leadership team back in October. They brought in Raphael Geminder as Executive Chair and Michael Wachtel as Deputy Chair. Pretty interesting timing for these moves. The CEO Sanjay Dayal is still there but they've adjusted his compensation structure to better align with where the company wants to go strategically. Looks like they're trying to tighten up the whole leadership alignment thing. Board now has six directors total, which should mean better oversight and decision-making across the organization. Curious to see how Sanjay Dayal navigates this new setup with the revised remuneration framework. These kinds of structural changes usually signal the company is looking to optimize performance and governance. The reshuffle seems pretty deliberate from a strategic standpoint.
