Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with testing net points. Originally, it was just to practice and get a feel for it, but as soon as I looked at the leaderboard, my "expectation management" started to fail... Anyway, when airdrop season arrives, the task platforms are full of anti-fraud measures, and the point system directly pushes the degens to treat it like clocking in for work. I got caught up in the frenzy too, staring at the browser all afternoon with a stiff neck.

So I set a stop-loss for myself: for one chain/one project, invest a maximum fixed number of hours plus a fixed number of interactions; once exceeded, stop—no working overtime just because "one more task might earn one more point." Also, I will only use one clean wallet process; I’d rather do fewer tasks than touch those that seem to require social connection checks or device fingerprinting. Practice is practice, expectations are expectations—mixing them up easily turns me into an emotional K-line... That’s it for now.
