SK Hynix will begin producing the SOCAMM2 server modules for Nvidia Vera Rubin chips.

SK Hynix announced on Monday that the company will begin mass production of the Small Outline Compression Attached Memory Module2( designed specifically for Nvidia’s Vera Rubin chip. SOCAMM2 is a module that repurposes low-power memory, previously mainly used in mobile products like smartphones, for server environments. It aims to become the primary memory solution for next-generation artificial intelligence servers. (Sina Finance)
