Iran Rejects Further Negotiations with the US, Bitcoin Drops to $73,000 Area

Iranian government media officially reports that Iran has rejected participation in the second round of peace negotiations with the United States scheduled to take place in Islamabad, Pakistan. This decision was made amid tensions over unrealistic demands from the US side and the ongoing maritime blockade in the Strait of Hormuz, which is considered a violation of the ceasefire agreement.
In its official statement, Iranian authorities highlight the inconsistency of the United States' position and various threatening rhetoric as the main obstacles in the diplomatic process. This rejection comes just two days before the ceasefire deadline ends on April 22. Previously, US President Donald Trump confirmed that the American negotiating team would arrive in Islamabad on Monday to pursue continued dialogue.
Responding to these developments, Bitcoin's price immediately corrected to the $73,000 area amid increasing geopolitical uncertainty in the Middle East. This decline occurred after Iran's official statement closing the door to the second negotiation in Islamabad.
