The Daegu factory fire in South Korea has injured 55 people; firefighting efforts face difficulties

The chief reporter has learned that, according to the Daejeon Fire Department in South Korea, a fire broke out in an auto parts factory located in Daejeon’s Dajeong District on the afternoon of the 20th. Currently, the number of injured in the incident has risen to 55, with 24 seriously injured. According to the Daejeon Fire Department, the building that first caught fire has been completely destroyed, and the flames spread to the adjacent factory through connecting passages. Due to the complex conditions at the scene, firefighting efforts face significant difficulties.
