Sunshine Nuohuo: Nuohuo Shengtai signs a cooperation agreement with Xinli Tai, with a maximum sales milestone payment of 725 million yuan
Sunshine Nuohuo Announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Nuohuo Shengtai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has signed a “Technology Licensing and Cooperative Development Agreement” with Shenzhen Xinyi Tai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Xinyi Tai will obtain exclusive licensing rights in China for the intellectual property rights and licensed technology related to STC007 raw materials and formulations for all pruritus indications. Nuohuo Shengtai will receive an upfront payment and research and development milestone payments totaling no more than 125 million yuan, and may also receive cumulative sales milestone payments of up to 725 million yuan and sales commissions.
