Jinan adjusts housing purchase subsidies for high-level talents; Category A talents are implemented with "one person, one policy; one matter, one discussion."

The Jinan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued a notice on the 18th regarding the adjustment of housing purchase subsidies for high-level talents in Jinan.
It states that, for Category A talents, a “one policy per person, one discussion per case” approach will be implemented;
the housing purchase subsidy standard for Category B talents is 50% of the purchase amount (based on the online signing and registration amount, the same below), with a maximum of 1 million yuan;
the subsidy standard for Category C talents is 50% of the purchase amount, with a maximum of 700k yuan;
the subsidy standard for Category D talents is 50% of the purchase amount, with a maximum of 400k yuan.
Eligible full-time doctoral and master’s degree graduates will receive the following purchase subsidies:
15,000 yuan for doctoral graduates within 5 years of graduation, and 10,000 yuan for master’s graduates (among them, 25,000 yuan for doctoral graduates and 15,000 yuan for master’s graduates introduced from “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” private enterprises within 5 years of graduation);
for doctoral graduates within 5-10 years of graduation introduced from “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” private enterprises, the subsidy is 10,000 yuan, and 7,000 yuan for master’s graduates.
If the above subsidy standards exceed 25% of the actual purchase amount, the subsidy will be issued based on 25% of the actual purchase amount.
