These past few days, I keep reminding myself of one word: stop. Don’t keep staring at the market charts and group chats; the more you scroll, the easier it is to get caught up. Cutting losses is really like a breakup—dragging it out and refusing to admit it, in the end, either results in more losses or gets you bitten by interest and opportunity costs together; recognizing the loss early actually frees up your mind.

Recently, the testnet incentives and points system have reignited people's interest, and everyone is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. Honestly, the uncertainty is too high, so don’t gamble on “maybe” when you’ve already lost. My current approach is pretty simple: stop when conditions aren’t met, observe the inflow and outflow on the chain and macro liquidity first, then decide whether to re-enter. That’s all for now.
