I started recording my mood changes before and after crossing the bridge between chains, and it's quite useful: in the past, I thought "waiting for confirmation" was slow, now I subconsciously think about who is signing, what the oracle is feeding, and whether I'm waiting for the block to stabilize or just calming down... Basically, waiting a few more minutes sometimes gives the risk a buffer. Recently, I've been talking about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index, risk assets sometimes rallying together and sometimes retreating together. I actually prefer to break down my actions: if I can avoid crossing, I won't cross; if I must, I'll do small amounts and in batches, taking it slow—it's like singing an extra song at karaoke.
