Huaheng Biologicals Co., Ltd. announced that the company recently received the “Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing Notice” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, titled “Regarding the Filing Notice for the Overseas Offering and Listing of Anhui Huaheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.” The company plans to issue no more than 31.95 million overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
