In judicial practice, frequent large-scale exchanges of USDT, operating for currency exchange purposes, scaled operations, and involvement of unknown funds are easily recognized as illegal business or money laundering crimes.
Although there is controversy within the legal community about categorizing all OTC activities as criminal, under the current regulatory environment, such behaviors face significant criminal risks.
