Abstract generation in progress

The National Hockey League (NHL), in partnership with Verizon and the New Jersey Devils, has officially opened the NHL Innovation Lab powered by Verizon. This simulated arena environment, located inside Prudential Center, will serve as a centralized space to develop and enhance technology tools for venue operations, game officials, coaches, and players. The lab will utilize Verizon’s Private 5G Wireless Network and Secure Cloud Interconnect solutions to explore emerging technologies for on-ice performance, game operations, and fan engagement, making the NHL the first U.S. professional sports league to establish such a dedicated facility.
