Mars Finance News: On April 19, it was announced that Dongfang Securities is planning to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Securities Limited through issuing A-shares and cash payments.
Due to the uncertainty of this matter, to protect investors’ interests and prevent abnormal stock price fluctuations, the company’s A-shares will be suspended from trading starting at market open on April 20, with an expected suspension period of no more than 10 trading days.
