Dongsheng Aerospace completes a new round of financing

Business registration information shows that Dongsheng Aerospace (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. has completed a new round of financing, with registered capital increased to 6.4221 million yuan. New shareholders include Yunqi Capital, Dachen Investment, Xiangfeng China, Qiancheng Capital, Gaoxin Capital, Feifan Venture Capital, Fuzhuo Investment, and other investment institutions, as well as industry investors such as the commercial rocket company Yushi Space. Dongsheng Aerospace was established in May 2025, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of entire satellites and key onboard components for internet satellites, computing power satellites, and other satellite types. It has already achieved multiple key research and development results.
