Techub News message, according to TASS, that Ruslan Vesterovsky, Senior Vice President of Sberbank and Head of the Wealth Management Department, said at the Moscow Exchange Forum that once regulatory rules are issued and standardized trading is launched, the bank will be prepared to provide cryptocurrency trading services.





In December 2025, the Central Bank of Russia formulated a domestic market cryptocurrency regulatory plan. Under this plan, not only qualified investors but also non-qualified investors will be able to purchase crypto assets. Meanwhile, regulators will still regard cryptocurrencies as high-risk instruments.
