Nobel laureate in Economics, Heckman, recently said in an interview with CGTN that U.S. policies are unpredictable, and many countries are no longer willing to do business with them. Now, countries are adjusting their trade models and doing everything they can to bypass tariffs when trading with the United States. With U.S. policies remaining unpredictable, many countries have grown reluctant to deal with the U.S., instead looking for alternative supply channels.
