Junjie.com reports that Curve Finance founder Michael Egorov posted that he hopes Aave can address the related issues. He also pointed out that non-isolated lending offers strong scalability, but comes with higher risk; the key lies in risk management, and Aave has historically performed well in this regard. He said the market can adopt a fully isolated model like Curve Finance’s market, or it can take a hybrid approach—although the latter is very complex, it is feasible. However, the market has not yet understood its advantages. Michael Egorov also said that Aave v4’s hub-and-spoke model may be a step toward a more semi-isolated, safer direction.
