Today I got itchy again and wanted to chase the rally, my mouse was almost clicking to buy, then I suddenly asked myself: Am I seeing new information, or is my emotion being led by the candlestick chart? Honestly, many times it's FOMO pushing the position, not my brain.

Recently, whenever there's a large transfer on the chain or hot and cold wallets on exchanges move, everyone starts shouting "Smart money is here," I also like to watch the excitement, but thinking calmly: it might just be a move, risk control, or even a misread... If the only reason I chase in is because "others are interpreting," then it's basically an emotional trade.

There's too much information and it makes me anxious. I now use a simple method: keep only 3 fixed sources + one on-chain dashboard, mute other group messages first. Wait until I can clearly explain in one sentence "Why I must buy now" before adjusting my position, otherwise I just pretend I didn't see it. That's it for now.
