Honestly, the fact that unrealized losses are more likely to cause insomnia than unrealized gains, I still haven't fully figured it out. If I make a little more on paper, I just think "oh, that's okay," then I go back to look at pixel old collectibles; but once it turns red, even if it's not much, my mind automatically starts playing: Should I add more? Should I cut? Was it my careless mistake... Even if I haven't sold or lost actual money, my heartbeat starts to follow the loss.

Maybe it's that loss aversion, honestly, the pain of losing feels much worse than the pleasure of winning. Recently, there's been a bunch of memes + celebrity shoutouts, attention shifting back and forth, and newcomers rushing in can easily end up being the one to take the last baton... I’m not even sure if I’m right, but for now, I’m just taking a laid-back approach: being able to sleep is the most important thing, if I really don’t understand, I’ll just close the app first, leave some positions to give myself a breather.
