The Supreme Leader of Iran issues a message mourning the assassination of the Iranian intelligence minister.

A Central Television reporter learned that on March 20, local time, Iran’s Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei sent a formal message to President Pezeşkian, expressing profound condolences for the Intelligence Minister Ismail Hatieb who was killed in the attack, and calling on other officials and staff of the Intelligence Ministry to “make even greater efforts” to fill the gap left by Hatieb.
