Today I kept checking data to the point I wanted to shout: Stop.
Whenever the stablecoin supply increases, someone says "Off-chain money is coming, ETFs are about to take off,"
Basically, these two often appear together on the same screen, but it doesn't necessarily mean one is pushing the other; don't mistake correlation for causation.
I've seen too much and it makes me a bit suspicious.
Especially now, with the staking and shared security setups being criticized as "copycat schemes,"
The compounded yields look pretty attractive, but money circulating inside can also make the supply numbers look very impressive...
Anyway, I'll take a few days off first, watch less K and TVL,
So I don't get stubborn and rush in to try new protocols again.
