Just now, I was monitoring on-chain data and my mindset almost collapsed: for the same transfer, I saw it "succeed" on browser A, but over on B it looked like nothing happened... It was only later that I realized, what you're seeing on the "chain" is actually the perspective given by nodes/RPC/indexers—some are faster, some are catching up, and a delay is like a lag in live broadcasting. To put it simply, don't put too much trust in any one dashboard, especially when the market is volatile and you're prone to impulsive trades. Recently, with expectations of rate cuts and the US dollar index and risk assets acting erratically together, delayed information can be even more dangerous. Anyway, when I see anomalies now, I check two or three more sources first and don't rush to act... but that's just what I say out loud.
