Recently, I've seen people focusing on large on-chain transfers and unusual activity in exchange hot and cold wallets, then firmly claiming "smart money is coming." Honestly, while this narrative sounds exciting, the most common risk in your wallet isn't usually about market direction but those contract authorizations you casually clicked on before.
Unlimited permissions are like giving a stranger your house key and not taking it back: the project team isn't necessarily malicious, but if the contract gets hacked, the front end is compromised, or you fall for a phishing scam, it's all downhill. Revoking permissions is as important as sleeping; you can survive a few days without doing it, but problems will eventually arise. Anyway, I now revoke permissions immediately after use, especially when authorizing unknown DApps, cross-chain platforms, or airdrops—better to click a couple more times than to gamble with luck.
