Recently, the information overload in the group has become ridiculous, with a dozen people simultaneously spreading rumors like "stablecoin regulation," "reserve audits," and "de-pegging," making my palms sweat from the constant refresh. The KOLs are not far behind either; their language shifts so quickly it’s like discovering a new thing. Honestly, who is to blame for impulsively buying in? I think in the end, it’s still my own hand—no one held my phone down before I pressed confirm.
A couple of days ago, I really wanted to leave the group and casually uninstall a few notifications, but after calming down for two minutes, I held back: leaving feels good, but losing the information flow makes it easier for an "urgent" message to set the rhythm. Now I force myself to first check the authorization records and signature contents whenever I see provocative content, especially those that suddenly ask you to "re-authorize/upgrade signature." The more urgent it is, the less I sign—better to miss out. Anxiety is there, but at least I won’t get caught in my own reflex arc again.
