Using multi-chain wallets for a long time can really cause some "asset fragmentation anxiety"... Sending a little change on one chain, holding some main assets on another chain, flipping back and forth, I find it annoying myself. My current simple method is: only keep long-term assets in the main wallet, and for other chains that need interaction, open a separate small wallet. After use, try to transfer back to the main chain/main wallet; also add a table to record three things: which chain, why it was stored there, and when to consider moving it. If you don't write it down clearly, it's like having no plan.

When the group is flooded with screenshots of stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and people spreading de-pegging rumors, I tend to get distracted and click around randomly... I’ve set a rule for myself: the more emotional the noise, the less I move assets across chains. Let the tide settle first before making any moves.
