At 8:45 AM Eastern Time yesterday, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi announced that the Strait of Hormuz is "completely open" to all commercial ships
At 9:06 AM, Trump thanked Iran for reopening the strait
At 10:20 AM, Trump stated that the US and Iran are cooperating to clear all mines in the strait
Between 10:40 AM and 12:00 PM, Trump claimed Iran had agreed to "never close the strait again" and would "indefinitely suspend nuclear plans"
However, by 6:14 PM, Iran's Parliament Speaker said that all seven claims made by Trump within an hour were "completely false"
Subsequently, Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz again, and oil tankers were attacked
