2. Moxibustion on Guanyuan + Zusanli
Guanyuan point is located four finger-widths below the navel, Zusanli is located four finger-widths below the depression on the outer side of the knee. Moxibustion twice a week, 15 minutes per point. After moxibustion, drink rice soup, and your whole body will feel warm and cozy.
