Unrealized losses are really more tormenting than unrealized gains. Clearly, it's all "not sold yet," but the brain automatically treats the loss as if it has already happened. The first thing I think of when I wake up in the middle of the night is: Should I cut my losses? Did I see it wrong?

Unrealized gains, on the other hand, make me sleep better; at most, I wake up the next day with slightly fewer gains, and I can still deceive myself into thinking "at least I didn't lose anything."
Basically, loss aversion is just too clingy.

Recently, with extreme funding rates, the group has started arguing again about whether to reverse or continue squeezing the bubble.
I actually want to lay out my orders better; once I change the depth and trading density, I can tell who’s panicking.
As for you saying "just hold on and you'll break even"... I want to too, but my body won't cooperate.
That's all for now.
