Lately, I've been watching those "priority" transactions in the blockchain, to be honest, MEV is basically about someone willing to pay a higher priority fee to get their transaction included earlier. Who does this affect? The most direct impact is on ordinary users: larger slippage, worse execution prices, and often they’re confused, thinking they’re just slow, when in fact they’re being taught about the sorting logic. More subtly, it also affects protocol developers—on the surface, blockchain is "neutral," but once the transaction ordering is skewed, the user experience and fairness feel eroded.

Seeing the complaints about staking and shared security yield stacking, I can understand everyone’s anxiety: on one hand, they want higher returns; on the other, they’re worried about becoming liquidity fuel for others’ MEV.
What I don’t regret is… at least I’ve clarified these rules before jumping in. Sometimes, rushing ahead can win, but it doesn’t feel very reassuring. Anyway, I now prefer to take it slow, better to go at a steady pace than constantly clash with the queue.
