The tension headache that has been bothering me for two months was fully relieved last night after taking melatonin and going to sleep.


In the past two months, I fell into a cycle of tension headaches—drinking alcohol to sleep well—drinking alcohol affecting work performance—feeling dissatisfied with myself, which worsened the tension headaches.
And today, I finally broke free.
I returned to being myself, capable of handling multiple different fields at the same time.
The on-chain group has also been re-pinned and reopened.
The most important thing right now is definitely to clarify the itinerary for Hong Kong.
Just a little bit more to plan out.
Finally, I can reduce my alcohol intake.
