Reversal again? Has Iran quickly regretted opening the Strait of Hormuz?

An Iranian official said that after Iran announced the Strait of Hormuz would be open to commercial ships following the designated route, the U.S. still has not lifted the maritime blockade on Iran.
This move by the U.S. will be seen as a violation of the ceasefire agreement, and the passage through the Strait of Hormuz may be closed again.
In one sentence: Iran has opened up, but the U.S. hasn't. If the U.S. doesn't lift the blockade, Iran might continue to restrict it.
So it turns out Trump only said thank you for Iran opening the Strait of Hormuz, but didn't give any benefits.
It seems that both the U.S. and Iran announced positive news on Friday, then negative news over the weekend, all to manipulate stocks?
Now it really feels like that—everyone agreed to open the Strait of Hormuz on odd days and close it on even days, with Iran and the U.S. taking turns trading crude oil long and short, faster and more directly than collecting tolls for passing through the Strait of Hormuz. #GatePreIPOs首发SpaceX
