Recently, memes have become lively again, in the group sometimes talking about "new narratives," sometimes about "community consensus," looking like fireworks—bright but falling quickly. My own approach is pretty boring: set a price I'm willing to pay for this emotion, then leave when I reach it, don't tell myself stories to top up. Stop-loss isn't about prediction; it's about giving emotions a brake.
What I fear most isn't loss, but losing control—that is, staring at the market so intently that my brain heats up, forgetting all the rules, and still thinking I'm "holding on."
By the way, recently there's been intense debate over compliance boundaries in privacy coins/mixing coins. It seems more like the same kind of anxiety: everyone wants freedom but fears the rules changing face in the next second. Anyway, I continue to be an observer, noting large transactions in and out of exchanges, so I don't become a data point in the emotions.
