On-chain, those so-called "coincidental transfers" are often met with conspiracy theories... but in reality, most can be broken down into simple patterns: the same set of addresses consolidating/splitting funds, moving through exchange hot wallets, or cross-chain addresses being scripted to send signals at fixed intervals, visually resembling "someone communicating in code." The recent wave of cross-chain bridge hacks is a more typical example—once funds enter or exit the bridge, the path suddenly looks like a tangled ball of yarn; combined with oracle anomalies in quotes, everyone collectively "waits for confirmation," leading to a bunch of probing small transfers and withdrawals on-chain, with the emotions louder than the data. Basically, understanding the path first, then discussing motives—otherwise, it's all just speculation. I'm off to work.
