Just now, I got a little itchy and wanted to chase a move, staring at the candlestick chart with my heart pounding... I stopped and asked myself: am I really getting new information, or am I just afraid of missing out, which is pushing me to add to my position. Honestly, if there was real information, I would check the on-chain transactions and depth to see if the liquidity is keeping up; if it's just a bunch of people in the group chatting about testnet incentives, token expectations, or whether the mainnet will issue tokens, then I'm probably just being carried away by emotions. Anyway, my current approach is: when emotions run high, only allocate small amounts, let the LP (liquidity provider) slowly eat up, and don't impulsively sacrifice my aesthetic judgment and rationality. That's it for now.
