Lately, I've really been overwhelmed with information, with a bunch of screenshots and KOLs chatting live in the group, emotions being driven along, almost clicking to buy. Later I thought about it, impulsively placing an order is basically still my own decision; the group and KOLs are at most "noise sources," blaming anyone is useless.
Now I force myself to do a small action: when I see a target I want to rush into, I first put it into my notes, write a sentence "Why do I have to buy now," then close the trading page and do something else, at least wait 15 minutes. If I still want to buy after coming back, then consider it; most of the time, a cool head reveals there’s no real reason, just fear of missing out.
By the way, recently hardware wallets have been out of stock, and phishing links are rampant, so I dare not click on those "limited-time access" links in the group. Better to earn less than to add drama for myself, for now.
