Mars Finance News reported on April 17, citing CCTV News, that the Israel Defense Forces Home Front Command said on the 17th that, as the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel continues and the ceasefire status with Iran is extended, wartime restriction measures across the country have essentially been lifted.

In a statement issued that day, the Israel Defense Forces Home Front Command said this is the first time since February 28, when the United States and Israel launched joint airstrikes against Iran, that most wartime restrictions have been lifted nationwide.

According to the statement, the nationwide gathering restrictions have been fully lifted, but the related measures will remain in place in the border areas of Lebanon, with a maximum gathering limit of 1,000 people. The restriction will remain in effect until 20:00 this Saturday (the 18th).

The military said that starting from 20:00 this Saturday, the gathering restrictions in the Lebanon border areas will also be lifted in tandem. In addition, schools and workplaces nationwide will resume normal operations. The Israeli side said that this is the first time in the past 48 days that all restrictions have basically been lifted.
