To be honest, recently when checking on-chain data, it always feels like there's a "lag," sometimes it's not that the chain has truly stopped, but that the indexer/Subgraph is catching up, or your RPC is being rate-limited. The front end suddenly freezes for a second, making it feel like the end of the world... I’m not sure which part is acting up each time, but the feeling is: the more people are watching the market and checking transactions, the easier it is to experience lag.
Then some people see large transfers on the chain or movements in exchange hot and cold wallets, and immediately interpret it as "smart money" acting. In reality, it could just be a time illusion caused by data delays or replays. Anyway, now when I see anomalies, I wait a bit, check again after a few minutes, and try not to get carried away by emotions. Taking it slow is more reassuring.
