These days, the messages in the group are really exploding, with KOLs posting long images with two words "You know" and everyone gets itchy fingers. Especially with repeated forwarding of rumors about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and various "de-pegging" warnings, the more you scroll, the more anxious you become. In the end, impulsively placing an order is blamed on others setting the rhythm... Honestly, the one who clicks the confirm button is yourself, and only you can pay the bill.

I now treat it as a "backup" for my brain: first set aside emotionally charged messages, then look at on-chain liquidity and depth—things I understand—wait half an hour, then revisit and read again. If I still want to buy, then consider it. Anyway, I’d rather miss out on a wave than pay tuition for a moment of impulsiveness. If I make a profit, I’ll treat myself to coffee; if I lose, it’s a reminder to myself to stop scrolling the group.
